Signing up for a Mapiddiction account is easy and free. Just click the Register link on the mapiddiction.com homepage, and enter your email and choose a password. You’ll receive an email which will have a Confirm Email button. Click the button and use your supplied email and password to log in to Mapiddiction, and add your first map.

Go to https://www.mapiddiction.com/ and click the Register link in the top right corner
Enter your Email and choose a Password (or Login With Google if you choose to use your Google Account):
When you click Create, you’ll see this:
Find your confirmation email, click the Confirm Email button. (If you do not see this email, check your spam folder. It will have been sent from <noreply@mobiconnect.net> with the Subject “Confirm Email”)
The link will take you back to Mapiddiction, your email will be verified, and you’ll be automatically logged in:
Enter your name to activate your Free Tier account:
It will ask for permission to know your location. This is how it looks in Chrome:
This is used as the starting location for your map. You can choose to not allow location permission, then the starting place for new maps will not be your current location and you can search for where you want your map.
It will take a few moments to activate your account:
Now you can start with your first map by clicking the Add New button:
Now your account is set up and activated, you can log in using the login link in to top right of the mapiddiction.com homepage, or directly at app.mapiddiction.com
